IC Process Development Operator/Technician

 

As a member of the Process Development Team, the Operator/Technician will be responsible for the following.

 

Examples of Essential Function: Under general supervision, assists with operation of test equipment and thin film processing systems Assists engineer in performing laboratory work in a safe manner; maintaining a laboratory notebook, maintain Excel spreadsheets associated with projects Provide support in other related laboratory functions including up keep of a Class 100 clean room Operation and troubleshooting of vacuum equipment Other duties as may be assigned

 

Education/Training/Experience: 0-4 years working experience in performing wiring, hand soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing in electronics manufacturing (we will train entry level employee) Assembly and operations experience in electronics manufacturing and processing a plus Competency in reading and interpreting assembly drawings and bills of materials

 

Skills/Abilities Strong team interaction skill Must have excellent communication skills - both verbally and written Ability to participate, contribute and interact with engineering teams Must have good initiative and assertiveness Applications selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Attention to detail Work safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures
