ISSI VP & CFO

 

The CFO is a key member of the Executive Management Team and also the Corporate Secretary. Responsible for overseeing and directing the accounting, finance, audit, human resources and MIS for our corporate and global divisions including financial planning and reporting, long range planning, introduction of new programs, and strategic initiatives.

 

Functions include: financial accounting, budget preparation and oversight, external auditor relationships, investor relations, prepare reports for the Board, financial tax planning and preparation, business analysis and reporting, and alignment of all domestic and international financial reporting systems and controls

 Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the organization's financial and administrative operations and performance Oversee the annual budget and monitor performance against budget;Direct preparations for the annual auditSupervise the preparation of financial reporting to CEO, President, Board of Directors, SEC/Investors, and finance and audit committeesDirect investment and treasury functions Manage investor relations and public presentationsAct as the corporate risk officer including monitoring and reporting on insurance and governmental regulatory compliance, such as compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Oversee development and administration of MIS programs

· Responsible for submissions to Department of Commerce and International Trade CommissionFamiliarity with GAAP, FASB, SEC filings

 

Qualifications:

 Minimum 10 years executive management experience as CFO or VP of Finance in an international company environment. MBA desirable.

 Strong budgeting, planning and reporting skills, investor relations and SEC experience

 Experience in the semiconductor field with strong cost accounting capability

 Experience in mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, negotiating, intellectual property negotiations, licensing and patent claims

 Must have high level of energy, enthusiasm and ethics; ability to maintain an entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude within an established company environment; detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead change and establish a cohesive, responsive department

 Able to travel, especially to Asia
