IT Operations Manager at TiVo

The IT Operations Manager will lead a group of talented Window developers, a few Linux developers and folks that make our Broadcast Center.

Here is what you’ll get to do:
Lead a group of talented Window developers, a few Linux developers and folks that make our Broadcast Center (what brings TiVo goodness to our customers) Work on cross-functional interests such as process and technology improvements with engineer service, and advertising operations teams Manage our production facilities for optimization and efficiency including architectural planning, capacity planning, documentation, and standardization of production workflows. Own disaster recovery protocols, database backups, and maintenance and change windows


What you’ll need to be successful:
At least 5 years of management experience leading developers or IT professionals At least one year of working /delivering within a production environment
Led initiatives through complete full-cycle project management activities At least one year of experience managing IT or development-related 3rd party vendors as part of over all project delivery Bachelors in computer science or related field

What will really get you noticed:
Hands-on development experience using object-oriented languages
