IT Polices Internship

 The intern will work with various aspects of Global Information Services, such as Technical Services, and Business Applications Development, Configuration and Support.  Projects will provide experience in these disciplines including exposure to SAP and Stellant. Projects may include:·  Analyze the procedure for processing service requests from the user community.  This includes researching and documenting the current process as well as participating in the determination and documentation of a new process through interviews and research.·  Investigating and proposing improvements to the change control process and other IT-related operating procedures.·  Reviewing IT-related policies including the Electronics Communications Use Policy.  This includes examining the current policy including breaking it into separate policies as appropriate (e.g. Internet Use, E-mail, etc.,) researching how they can be optimized and proposing new policies. Requirements:·  Pursuing a Masters Degree·  Comfortable using and understanding IT Terminology·  Good verbal and written communication skills   APPLY NOW!
