Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Palmer, Texas-  Tile Company Seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for their expanding plant.

Will be working in a non climate controlled dirty environment. Will be performing maintenance on all equipment/machinery that manufacturing tile.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the following:
*5 years Industrial Maintenance Experience
*Controllers
*Conveyors
*480V
*Component Levels
* Pressure Switches
*Hydraulics/Pneumatics
*AC/DC Drives
*Meters
*Troubleshooter
* Must be able to safely work in a fast pace to get machinery up and running again.
*Able to inspect, adjust, align, balance and level all industrial machinery.
*General Welding, cutting, hydraulic, pneumatics
* Able to read blue prints.

Knowledge of PLC system (Siemens) troubleshooting a plus as well as understanding electrical schematics as they relate to industrial control systems. Instrumentation knowledge and skills a plus. Drawings and schematics a plus.

Hours are from 6am to 6pm M-Th and Preventive Maintenance is done on Fridays.
