Inside Sales Operations Coordinator - Construction, Facilities & Engineering Sales Channel
Job Responsibilities:
APC-MGE is seeking an Inside Sales Operations Coordinator – Construction, Facilities & Engineering Sales Channels for our West Kingston, RI location.
This position’s primary responsibility is to support APC-MGE’s Large Systems (200kVA & over) channel, specifically, Manufacturer Reps & Factory Direct Offices with the goal of increasing CFE & large systems awareness & customer loyalty. Position will interact daily with partner accounts and territory associates to build relationships, ensure proper sales operations execution, and support day-to-day operations. Position will be responsible for communicating effectively to decision makers at all levels of the organization and customers of APC-MGE. Candidate will support large systems sales by making recommendations and decisions related to fulfillment and coordination of orders. Position will operate within cross-functional team environment to accurately manage and forecast revenues, activities, KPI’s, etc. Position will also be responsible for administrative functions in the ERP and CRM application to determine correct commission payouts, opportunity registrations, and other reporting functions.
Additionally this person will be responsible for the following:
• Manages and executes the coordination of activities in the territory’s large systems channel with responsibility for results of KPI’s and revenue goals
• Offers recommendations and makes decisions related to order procurement & fulfillment with coordinators, engineers, sales, Project Management Office, etc
• Entering and reviewing commission reports for accuracy with Regional, Operations and other applicable sales management
• Implement reports and dashboards for use by the internal and external customers. Responsible for the territory large systems sales reporting
• Responsible for entering data via InTouch and other applications for revenue, pricing, quoting, KPI’s, and other reporting
• Managing customer contracts with APC
• Setting up direct accounts
• Responsible for data collection on all projects Large Systems partners are either working on or have been engaged.
• Ad-Hoc reporting for sales operations and sales management
• Engaging with APC Sales, Channel partners and other internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction A BS/BA with 3-5 years of experience is required . Knowledge of Excel, InTouch, Lotus Notes and Word preferred.
