International Communications Group, Inc. Through implementation of ICG developed technologies, ICG is able to provide solutions for unique and custom communications applications. We are seeking interns for our Engineering group as well as our Customer Service & Support department (Tech Support). 

 

Engineering Internship

We are seeking sandidates currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

 

Interns needed to complete Smart Team projects including:

-Migrating and revising data

-Bill of materials

-Updating parts database and source control drawings and related projects.

Interns will also be utilized for other related projects as needed.

 

Customer Service & Support Internship

The successful candidate will join the ICG Support team, dedicated to providing existing and potential Customers with Technical Support and Integration assistance.  A tuition background in electrical / electronic or communications engineering is desired for this position and candidates will be expected to demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

-Assisting staff with Customer Technical support issues by telephone and e-mail.

-Assisting staff with Integration projects between ICG and outside vendor equipment.

-Test and evaluation of ICG Loan and demonstration equipment.

-Wire harness and test fixture design and fabrication.

-Interface with Engineering and other departments as necessary during product  development and issue verification testing.

Travel is not required for this position, but may be offered for experience based upon project and task needs.
