Monitor and track WMS inventory transactions pertaining to Cycle Counting, Receiving, and RMAs. Assist warehouse with inventory issues as necessary. Specific Responsibilities: Generate daily reports to include at a minimum, WMS to Oracle inventory comparison report, Cycle Count transaction report, Staged Order report and Inventory Tracking report. Research variances between two systems to determine cause and appropriate resolution using inventory reports. Perform inventory adjustments as necessary based on findings of research. Communicate inventory issues to management. Maintain daily inventory tracking report showing inventory level, variance, cycle count activity and results, and daily inventory accuracy based on cycle count activity Monitor material transaction interface in Oracle, resolving and or reporting issues to management as necessary. Prepare reports for management. Perform physical audits of reported inventory levels. Assist other departments in locating product where necessary. Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001, understand and fully support ISO system. Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system. Participate in physical inventories and audits as needed. Understand and follow company rules and regulations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Perform all other duties as assigned and required. Education and Experience Requirements: Two-year degree in Business with emphasis in accounting or current enrollment in two-year business program with advanced training preferred. Minimum three years’ inventory control or accounting related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel as well as experience with automated inventory systems required.
