Job Requirements:

 

l  Japanese language skills (Reading & Writing) required

l  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business administration, MS or MBA a plus

l  Broad basic knowledge of semi-conductor manufacturing process

l  Minimum 5 years in capital equipment sales experience with large accounts

l  Preferred experience in technical sales

l  Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills

l  Ability to multitask, prioritize as well as work autonomously on multiple projects with minimum supervision.

l  Experienced in various managerial tasks

 

Job Description:

 

l  Prospect for new accounts in the US and Europe

l  Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts

l  Seek new market opportunities in Semiconductor field with marketing manager

l  Coordinate con-calls/visits with accounts to provide technical information and present demonstrations.

l  Negotiate on behalf of company to establish sales as well as commercial conditions

l  Provide total customer solutions

l  Establish and track against annual marketing and sales plans with reporting to management.

l  Supervise various tasks such as sales transaction, operation, and representative, etc.
