Latin America Leader

Reports to: President & CEO Location: Youngwood, PA

Powerex is a leader in high power semiconductors including IGBTs, Rectifiers, and Thyristors; custom modules; and bridge solutions.

Powerex is a $100+MM business that is committed to doubling in five years.

This is the ideal position for you if you have the forethought to develop business opportunities that drive revenue growth.

  In this challenging and rewarding position, you will:

· Provide strategy, and implementation of that strategy to accelerate growth in Latin America.

· Develop and manage channels to market in Latin America including distributors and representatives

· Build relationships with key customers

· Develop and implement localization strategies

· Coordinating with logistical team to minimize duties while maximizing flexibility and customer support

· Utilize Powerex’s application engineers, unit leaders, and marketing as tools to support growth

· Cultivate adjacent product line expansions that support needs of Latin America Market

· Lead expansion partnerships and potentially acquisitions

· Deliver growth

 

Requirements:

· Passion for growth

· Fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and English

· 7+ experience in sales and marketing

· BSEE required, MBA preferred

· Proven leadership skills with track record of growth

· Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and translate into actions that lead to results

· Excellent communication and organizational skills
