Manager of Administration (R&D Operations)

Currently we have an opening for a Manager of Administration to work in our San Jose Research and Development office. Basic Function:Position will support all operational facets of the PRDCA including daily operations, legal or regulatory activities, HR, information security, and project management support. PRDCA has over 200 employees within the USA. Primary (HQ?s) location is in San Jose, CA.Report into the R&D Administrative Center director of the laboratory.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting administrative activities for various PRDCA HQ operations and laboratories.Create smooth work flows and processes for administrative mattersAssist in the communication between internal groupsServe as Liaison for legal activities and contractsHelp manage communications regarding IT support and operations. Develop written documentation for process and procedures. Support content development for the company intranet.Assist all groups in the Performance Appraisal process and HR administration activities. Basic Qualifications:EDUCATION:Minimum bachelor?s degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred. Wide background and experience Managing Administrative functional areas to include; Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and IT.
