Managing Associate Creative Director

Requirements
Responsible for design work produced on behalf of assigned business(es). Partner with Creative Directors to translate strategies into solutions. Direct creative teams to develop print, broadcast, point-of-purchase, collateral and photographic assets - ensuring output is reflective of project requirements and the Bose brand. Responsible for direct management of team of art directors, provide steady management, coaching/training and talent development for direct reports.

Skills
--Experience with various forms of advertising including general and direct response print and broadcast, as well as interactive, outdoor and 3D/merchandising.

--Experience art directing large, multi-product photo shoots, in studio and on-location.

--Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues, building consensus and strengthening partnerships between workgroups.

--Must be extremely detail oriented with strong conceptual skills, presentation skills, interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

--Knowledge of design and production (print, typography, photography, illustration, interactive, video, multimedia, digital editing) required

--Proven expertise with all Mac-based design software; solid understanding of Microsoft Office and related email programs.

Education
Bachelor's degree combined with portfolio reflecting 10+ years of creative/advertising success; minimum of three years managing creative teams of five or more.
