Marketing Manager 1

KLA-Tencor is seeking for a Marketing Manager whose role will be to Oversee strategic planning, development and coordination of Corporate Communications programs such as Brand Management, Creative Services, Advertising, and various other communications functions. Consults with technical marketing communications as well as with creative freelancers and agencies to manage the creation and maintenance of creative collateral, PowerPoint Presentations, Web site, Intranet, web marketing, and other direct marketing activities. Manages the preparation of corporate PowerPoint presentations, corporate ads, Web sites and recommends creative strategies best suited to meet divisional and corporate needs.  Interacts with vendors to produce promotional material. Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Qualifications/Education Desired

**Bachelors Degree
**5-7 years working in a communications capacity
**Strong verbal and written communications skills
**Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based and fast-paced, competitive environment
**Strong project management, analytical skills with a high-level of attention to detail
**Proven leadership, deep interpersonal skills, and analytical skills are required. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
**This role delivers results by working closely with divisional marketing, product marketing, corporate communications and other functions throughout the organization.
