In this role as a technical leader and mentor to the other mechanical engineers, the individual would:Research, plan and design mechanical and electromechanical equipment and systems of wide complexity Utilize Project Management Schedules, DFM, GD&T, Documentation/CAD standards, processes and practices, and ECO release infrastructures Apply advanced mechanical engineering theories, methods and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems such as FMEA, DFX, FEA and others

We want to see your resume if you possess the following:BS or MS in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 12 years increasing complex mechanical engineering experienceSignificant knowledge of automation systems, servo systems, precision positioning equipment and mechanics, optics and lasersProficiency in Auto CAD, Inventor and FEA toolsSkilled at setting up and managing ECO process, CAD documentation standards and processes, DFM & GD&T methodologies, etc.Skilled at creating and maintaining project schedules, resource loading including dealing with multiple product development cycles simultaneouslyEffective interaction with co-workers and senior management as well as external personnelProficient use of MS Office - Project, Excel and Word
