Mechanical Engineer, Vehicle Systems

This position will be responsible for the mechanical design and analysis of rotating mechanisms, including structural analysis, geared solutions, and total vehicle system level analysis. We are looking for diverse backgrounds in the engineering disciplines with an emphasis on design of vehicle systems and components.  We prefer someone that brings experiences in vehicle systems that directly or indirectly relate to vehicle propulsion systems which are most desired.Qualifications: •  M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred, but will consider B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with some experience in chassis, powertrain, or driveline. •  3 - 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering preferred: shaft design, gear design/specification, bearing specification. •  Manufacturing experience desired. •  Experience in system and component testing desired. •  Experience with 3D CAD program required.
