Requirements
Ensure that the presentation and maintenance of Bose products and displays at reseller locations within a designated territory are to Bose standards with all products and displays being fully functional, demonstrable, clean, and conveying the value of the brand and product. Partner with the local Bose Sales Representative in the territory to resolve issues that prohibit the above from occurring.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Keep all supplies and materials for the vehicle and supply bag in-stock and organized to maximize efficiency.

2. Utilize milk-run" strategy to service designated reseller locations on a regular schedule.

3. Test all Bose products at reseller locations for functionality. Repair or replace any non-functional/missing products or display parts. Perform wire maintenance to hide all wires from view and safeguard display area. Secure Bose product to display to avoid theft or loss. Clean all products and displays. Ensure that the proper image of products, displays, and display area conveys the value for the product and Bose brand. Communicate outstanding service issues with sales representative and/or Display Operations Support (DOS) for resolution.

4. Perform project" initiatives during designated periods. Project" initiatives include, but are not limited to, updating displays with new graphics or parts, replacing existing product on display with new model, partnering with sales representative and/or DOS representative to manage and resolve issues that block sales from occurring in reseller locations, etc.

5. Complete and submit required daily reporting that captures activity conducted and all outstanding issues at locations serviced. Complete all required weekly reporting.

6. Partner with the local Bose Sales Representative in the territory by communicating daily to download a recap of accomplishments and outstanding issues from stores serviced that day.

7. Actively participate in Bose meetings, conference calls/individual calls, and training & development programs as requested by management. Provide feedback on products, displays, processes, promotions, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills
Minimum of 2 years retail experience and/or product merchandising experience
with an awareness of retail concepts, display builds, and merchandising preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Excellent communication
skills including both verbal and written required. Experience with accessing internet and
working with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Education
Minimum of 2 years college with and emphasis in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
