Raytek Corporation, manufacturer of non-contact temperature measurement equipment, seeks a talented professional to work in a growing, fast-paced environment as a Sales Support Engineer. We are seeking a talented North American Marketing Communications Manager to play a key role in a fast-paced, high tech, manufacturing environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual with proven marketing leadership through strategic thinking and positive action. In addition in we are looking for an innovative individual with the willingness to take calculated risks and the ability to work with a diverse group of associates and in cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:• Manage Raytek/Ircon/Sales channel tradeshow plans & budgets
• Oversee North American tradeshows & pre/post show promotions
• Optimize attendance/booth traffic at Raytek/Ircon national shows
• Work with Marketing Assistant on contract details/deadlines, as needed
• Review/coordinate NA product launch materials
• Coordinate NA product launch, as defined by global product launch plan
• Support NA channel partner through monthly publication of the NewsFlash via Constant Contact
• Oversee marketing research initiatives utilizing latest research technology/list building tools
• Define parameters of NA campaigns & help outline initiative & goals
• Knowledge of VOC tools and implementation of surveys to gain VOC
• NA quarterly campaign coordination
• Outline NA Marcom advertising plans for review & approval
• Manage ad insertions & budget spent (Hyperion)
• Overview of online/print advertising opportunities
• Whitepaper and online e-newsletter coordination with agency support
• Electronic/email blast campaigns to NA customer database via Constant Contact
• Implement PR goals & strategies with outside agency
• Coordinate interviews, customer contacts and PR opportunities with internal team and PR agency
• Monitor Web Content and assist Web Content Manager with product updates
• Oracle CRM form creation for WW websites with Web Content Manager
• Manage NA Marcom campaigns via Oracle Marketing Online
• Maintain lead channel structure & users WW
• Train internal users on CRM tools (Sales Online)
• Execute reports for sales channel/internal users as required
• Oversee WW lead flow/imports for NA/ROW leads & tradeshows
• Manage vendor contracts/negotiations
• Approve and process invoices for payment
• Reconcile corporate credit card statement
• All other NA Marcom requests, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business with concentration in Marketing with a minimum of 6 years experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel & database management
• CRM experience (Oracle Marketing Online preferred)
• CMS and/or working knowledge of HTML desired
• Experience in planning and executing tradeshows in the U.S.
• Market research background
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) a must!
