They are seeking a motivated, driven Office Manager to manage the home office, oversee the bookkeeping and assist with projects on an as needed basis. This is an opportunity to help grow a business that is already connected with well-known film and TV productions, while not compromising environmental quality.
What you will be doing:Manage front officeOversee all bookkeeping as well as bill paymentsLiaison for owner while he is traveling Coordinate owner’s efforts for product demonstrationsMay assist at product demonstrations on film & TV locations.
The ideal candidate must have:Startup environment experience3+ years business/office experienceGood sense of on-set etiquetteFilm and/or television industry experienceQuickbooks Pro experienceExcel or other spreadsheet experience.
