Online Learning Lead

Requirements
Bose Corporation is looking for a Online Learning Lead to assist the growth of the Learning Services Department by providing leadership in the area of technologically supported learning content channels.

Responsibilities include:
-Manage a development platform for self-paced online offerings including interface design, content development, standards setting and end-user training
-Manage synchronous and asynchronous online facilitation and collaboration platforms and tools including policy definition, standards setting, community moderation and end-user training
-Source and manage external content and tool providers

Skills
A proven ability to work consultatively with diverse internal client groups on the creation and migration of learning programs and offerings through an instructionally sound and business enhancing process from needs analysis through program design, content development, implementation and evaluation.

A high degree of aptitude with and industry leading awareness of online content authoring tools, synchronous and asynchronous collaboration tools and Learning Management Systems required. Experience with video and audio production preferred.

Education
BS/BA degree in instructional design, educational technology or related disciplines or a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
