Position Description: Kodak Direct, Kodak's online consumer business, is looking for a highly motivated person to help grow this exciting part of Eastman Kodak's business. The online marketing manager will report to the WW Director of Marketing for Kodak Direct, and their primary responsibility will be building out and driving growth in the affiliate marketing program in the Americas region. This role includes end to end responsibility for the affiliate program which, among other responsibilities, includes developing the strategic plan, recruiting and nurturing affiliate relationships, executing promotions and newsletters, resolving affiliate/customer issues, and achieving aggressive program targets. To succeed in this role, the online marketing manager must be self-motivated, extremely proactive and have a keen focus on results. This role will also support the Director of Marketing with other critical marketing programs including search, comparison shopping and banner advertising. Job Responsibilities: Own, develop and manage affiliate program end to end; achieve aggressive revenue goal and ROI target for program. Develop strategy for affiliate program, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics, to achieve program targets. Forecast revenue and manage program budget; monitor performance and adjust plans to address any delta. Manage and build relationship with affiliate agency to ensure partnership in growing program. Build out affiliate network and partners; develop relationships with key affiliates, and negotiate for better placement and visibility. -Develop and execute affiliate promotions and monitor success; develop future promotions based on learnings and product roadmap for Kodak Direct. Create affiliate newsletter 2x/month and oversee development and refresh of creative that affiliates utilize. Evaluate revenue share and commission structure and recommend adjustments. Report on results weekly and monthly, including key business metrics and trends/shifts in results. Make recommendations for enhancements to overall program, including customer experience. Respond to and resolve affiliate inquiries and concerns. Monitor industry trends and constantly evaluate strategy for affiliate program. Support other key marketing programs and initiatives, including paid search, comparison shopping and banner advertising. ***Position may be located at any of these three locations: Emeryville, CA Atlanta, GA Rochester, NY Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of online marketing experience, 2-3 years in affiliate marketing. 2 years experience managing partners or agencies. Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred. Proven ability to develop and drive results; strong sense of accountability for results. Experience negotiating contracts and proven ability to influence internal and external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and use sound business judgment in decision making. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals in all business functions Ability to succeed and thrive in fast pace environment; positive attitude.
