Operations Process and Systems Analyst

Work with Operations Team, IT, and management to redesign business processes, analyze, design, implement and maintain information systems applications to meet customer needs and business requirements. Work is performed applying DBS tools.

Work with Sales & Marketing Teams to maintain demonstration and evaluation inventory/programs. Provide daily management related to all aspect of demo inventory and deployment.

Responsibilities:PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business processes and system applications.
b. Partner with IT and other Process and Systems Analysts to provide high value solutions and service to functional areas.
c. Provide functional assistance to system users and IT.
d. Prepare general and detailed requirements, application specifications, and other related documentation.
e. Prepare charts, models, and diagrams to assist in analysis and resolution.
f. Train users in operation and use of systems.
g. Keep current on business trends, processes, and applications throughout Fluke, new business process, and technology concepts in the marketplace.
h. Develop project management, facilitation, and leadership skills. Follow project management techniques and milestones.
i. Partner with IT and other Process and Systems Analysts to prepare proposals, estimates, and schedules to meet completion dates and specifications.
j. Implement business process changes.
k. May perform as project leader on projects.
l. Conduct worldwide demo inventory audit to comply with accounting procedures and practices.
m. Organize and coordinate new product launches.
n. Process new and replacement equipment requests.
o. Provide ad-hoc and standard reports to sales and marketing team related to demo inventory and program.
p. Reconcile inventory with finance reports.
q. Create Oracle requisitions to support new demo requests.
r. Assist employees of lower classification and provide day to day supervision for Demo/Eval Coordinator.
s. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
Apply sound working knowledge of business process analysis, principles, modeling, theories, design,
test, and implementation techniques. Excellent organization and communications skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Technical Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years’ related redesign project experience, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
