Order Control Administrator

Optec Displays is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of out-door bright LED signs and Electronic Message Centers, ranging from electronic price displays at gas stations to giant 20' x 40' full color LED video screens.  Our commercial products are highly successful in a fast growing market and continue to fuel our rapid growth in the burgeoning market.We have immediate openings for Order Control Adminstrator for our facility in Texas.

Job Purpose:

Manages, controls and monitor orders to ensure on time delivery.



Duties:

* Tracks order status and requests.


* Verifies order specifications and requirements. 


* Expedites order request delivery by checking schedules; verifying status; providing reminders.
* Helps clients by answering questions and responding to requests.


* Prepares order related reports.
