PRODUCTION MANAGERS, PCA'S, BOX

We have a client that is a world leader in the EMS industry and are going through a rapidly expanding period in their history and thus are looking for three (3) experience Manufacturing Managers.   We have positions available for the 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts.   The requirements are:

1.  AS or BS degree

2.  7-15 years experience managing a total PCA through the box or final assembly processes

3.  Management of supervisors on your respective shift

4.  Very strong cross functional team leadership skills

5.  Excellent background in problem solving and getting the ' Right' people involved

6.  Experience in Aerospace, consumer electronics and industrial electronics

7. Strong understanding of Quality Systems
