We are currently looking for a Patent Paralegal in our Sunnyvale location. Reporting to the Intellectual Property Attorney this position will perform administrative tasks in support of our In-House Counsel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support in all phases of the preparation and filing of patent documentsTrack patent applications and patentsSchedule inventor meetings and In-House Counsel meetingsAdminister the Company's Patent Incentive ProgramProvide general administrative support to In-House CounselMaintain and update filesJOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years legal experience, preferably involving corporate, contract or patent workParalegal certificate a plusHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong work ethic, self-motivated Acute attention to detail and quality focused Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive attitude
