Payroll Support Rep II

The Payroll Support Rep II is responsible for preparing, reviewing and auditing the bi-weekly payroll reports, assisting in implementing payroll procedures, researching assigned payroll activities and providing good customer service. This person interacts with personnel at all levels of the organization as well as external vendors to accomplish assignments. Provide orientation and training to less experienced coworkers. A person that is well organized, a good communicator, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to provide great customer service will thrive in this position. Additional duties assigned as needed Requirements3 years’ experience within Payroll preparation/administration function required AA/AS helpful but not required Working knowledge of Payroll systems and Time and Attendance functions required   Experience with Kronos a plus ADP – PayForce a plus Understanding of employee and manager self-service model concepts Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude Analytical and problem solving skills Experience in 6,000 employee company preferred Experience with multi-state operations preferred Thorough PC knowledge (especially Microsoft Word and Excel) required RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
