This is an ideal position for a highly motivated, sales and relationship driven individual who likes the responsibility and autonomy to manage their assigned territory to success. The right individual will manage a group of relevant retail store fronts in the Home Appliance space to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

 

Responsibilities

-Ability to motivate sales

-Ability to establish, retain and grow strong relationships

-Ability to drive brand awareness and increase market share

-Travel daily within assigned territory

-Distribute sales, training and marketing literature/collateral

-Conduct training as needed to support sales efforts of retail teams

-Maintain a consistent store visit schedule

-Ensure assigned products are presented in line with defined expectations

-Product is properly positioned, priced, clean, all signage in place and POP is compliant

-Participate in all training vehicles sponsored by CCS to learn and stay currently certified on CCS client's products. In addition, it is encouraged to proactively learn about competitive products, market trends, and pertinent technologies.

-Collect and report information on competitive products and service offerings for CCS clients.

-Identify growth opportunities for CCS client's sales & marketing.

-Identify and report on competitive strengths and weaknesses.

 

 

Requirements

-Exceptional relationship building and communication skills

-Strong presentation abilities with experience in delivering training presentations

-Thorough understanding of large home appliance products and retail operations

-Thorough understanding of retail sales, merchandising, sales motivators, and marketing

-Superior written and verbal communication skills

-Computer literate (including Microsoft Office Suite)

-Strong time management skills

-Ability to travel up to 25% outside of territory

-Ability to work evenings and weekends

-Must have Internet and email access and a working PC Access to high speed internet access required

-Must have own insured vehicle in good working condition to travel within territory

-Experience in a sales leadership role is highly desired Experience in “big box” retail is also highly desired

 

Compensation Field Marketing Representatives are eligible for monthly auto, expense account, office allowance, medical and dental benefits, bonuses, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation and sick time.
