President and CEO

Power Air Corporation, a publicly traded company, is seeking a President and CEO based in Livermore, CA. This position will report to the Board of Directors and the successful candidate will serve as a Board Member.

 

Education/Certifications: A Bachelor’s of Science or Arts degree is required. An M.B.A., MS or other advanced degree is preferred. Publicly traded company experience in alternative power industry and knowledgeable of Sarbanes-Oxley Regs desirable.

 

Compensation: Highly competitive compensation package including base, bonus, and stock options.

 

Assume leadership of the organization and create a culture that values teamwork, customers, high performance, innovation, and creative problem solving. Translate the need for portable power into a clear marketing and product development strategy. Effectively interact with potential customers, partners, vendors, and investors. This individual is the face of the organization and must represent in a superior manner.
