Assist engineers in process and equipment projects, operating equipment as needed to complete experiments, and collecting, analyzing, and presenting data. Set up and sustain systems across multiple functional group areas.  Assist with lot dispositions, vendor audits, contracts, occasional foundry visits, and analysis of foundry data on the quality of solder bumps & ENIG studs. Qualifications: • Minimum AS degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field • 1+ year technical experience • Experience with running experiments • Experience developing systems involving multiple work groups   Behavioral Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to understand technical problems and facilitate root cause analysis & resolution • Self-starter Added Value: • BS degree in Physics or Math • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint • Additional technical experience • Program Management or Production Planning experience Relocation will not be provided.This position is not open to third party vendors. logET();PauseFooter(false);
