Product Manager - FusionQuad Products

Amkor Technology is currently looking for a Product Manager – FusionQuad Products background for our Chandler, AZ office. The primary function of this position is to manage all technical and business activities for the new FusionQuad package.  Aggressively identify and capture business opportunities by engaging with key customers and defining the right products to rapidly grow sales and market share.

Major responsibilities include:

o  Define and engage the right customers to meet overall growth objectives

o  Act as the primary technical interface with customers to define optimal package size and layout configurations for each targeted applications

o  Program manage all new product opportunities from definition through production by interfacing with customers, account teams, designers, and factories

o  Establish marketing collateral needed to educate and sell FusionQuad

o  Establish pricing guidelines that position FusionQuad for success within the Amkor portfolio

Requirements

· This position requires a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with a MBA being desired, as well as 10 to 15 years of related experience.

· The following special skills and/or qualifications will also be helpful:Semiconductor product and manufacturing experienceKnowledge of semiconductor assembly and test processesUnderstanding of semiconductor device application in end electronic productsGood communication skills are required along with program management experienceKnowledge specifically in the HDD and DTV applications are desired.Circuit design and high speed electrical signal understanding are also preferred.
