Product Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall product life cycle management.
• Product definition, with engagements of lead customers and partners.
• Drive product marketing activities, including pricing & collateral generation.
• Ensure clear communication of product positioning, content for data sheets, white papers, product demos and presentations.
• Help drive product launch & promotion activities, working in conjunction with corporate marketing team.
• Business support for factory applications engineering/technical marketing team.
• Factory support for worldwide sales team.
• Conducting market research and competitive product/pricing analyses.
• Formulating and reviewing tactical & strategic plans, goals, and objectives for specific product areas.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing roles in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of managing complex semiconductor IC projects, preferably in both large and startup environments.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to initiate and drive tasks to completion in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to extract product ideas from market information, customers, and formal & informal research.
• Energetic self-starter, analytical and goal-oriented.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, organized and dependable.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong domain knowledge of Consumer Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mobile Platforms, and PC Markets.
• Relevant experience with USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi/802.11 products is preferred.
• Education: BSEE or equivalent is required.
