Product Support Specialist

Responsible for providing technical, network connectivity support and training to all Latin American Division (LAD) Kyocera Mita America Dealers.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Training
1. Conduct training seminars at Kyocera Dealer locations to ensure local technicians have the proper knowledge to repair, troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
2. Conduct Dealer Training Classes at the LAD office on a periodic basis to upgrade the quality fieldwork and to provide a fast start to new product introductions.

B. Regional Responsibilities:
1. Report and work closely with the LAD Technical Manager to ensure proper Policy & Procedures are in place and being followed by Dealers (in such areas as travel, training and field follow-up).
2. Perform periodic visits to LAD Kyocera Dealers throughout the Region for the purpose of overseeing activities and to ensure procedures/policies are followed. Assist with end-user follow-up, providing solutions to end-user complaints.
3. Provide support to Area Sales Managers.
4. Report technical activities via monthly report to LAD Technical Manager.

Requirements :
1. Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent certification preferred.
2. Posses a strong technical background and prior field experience in the repair and troubleshooting of office equipment.
3. Hold extensive knowledge and experience with computers & networking.
4. MCSE certified or equivalent highly desirable.
5. Good communication skills required and the ability to translate technical data
6. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
7. Ability to travel 25-50% to Latin America
