Project Manager - Corporate Supplier Engineer

Requirements
As part of the Corporate Supplier Engineering group you will be responsible for the following activities supporting the Home Entertainment, Automotive, Noise Reduction Technology and Professional Sound Divisions:

-Manage and ensure the timely completion of part qualifications for various electrical and mechanical commodities in support of the New Product Introduction process
-Oversee the High Risk Review process for each New Product Introduction to ensure planning, tracking, and execution occurs from start to completion
-Primary point of contact for elevation of issues by the internal business units
-Coordinate between the supplier, corporate, and Bose plants on the resolution of supplier performance issues
-Recommend and drive changes to improve the efficiency, timeliness, and processes in support of customer needs

Skills
Working knowledge of GD & T, SPC, TS16949, PPAP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and quality improvement techniques.

Basic computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Access. Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10%). Experience in SAP and Windchill strongly preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years related work experience.
