Position:  Purchasing Coordinator

 

Job Description:  Interactive Services Group, Inc. (ISG), a leading mobile computer repair company, has a full-time Purchasing Coordinator position available in its Delran, NJ location.  ISG is looking for an energetic and motivated individual, who wants to contribute to our growing organization.  The right candidate will have training and experience in purchasing and inventory processes.  This position requires the timely ordering of parts and the maintenance of physical inventory.  All work is performed in accordance with quality assurance guidelines.  Candidates should have at least one to two years of related experience, and the ability to work independently in small and growing company environment. 

 

Position Responsibilities:Skillfully manages the inventory process;Establishes and maintains relationships with parts’ vendors;Receives physical inventory according to company procedures;Possesses strong parts usage and forecasting skills;Conducts periodic cycle counts;Distributes requisitioned parts to shop technicians;Very good data entry skills; andVery good oral and written communication skills.

 

To be considered for this position you need a good work history.  A proven ability to produce quality work in a timely manner is required.  Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.

Salary:  Determined by knowledge, skills, and work history

Position type:  Full-time, Non-exempt

Hours:  7:30AM—4:00PM, Mon—Fri.
