Semi Dice currently has an opening for a Quality Assurance Representative in our Los Alamitos headquarters within the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.

 

Quality Assurance Duties include but not limited to: Completes all inspection procedures, including in-coming, in-process and final product and documentation for product compliance Ensures document compliance to military, customer and internal specifications and standards Oversees workplace and operator compliance to ESD and clean room policies and procedures Interfaces with customers and suppliers as required Initiates internal corrective actions, including detection, identification and changes necessary to prevent excess losses Certifies, tracks re-certification and maintain ESD program; monitoring for age sensitive materials; completes periodic measurement and documentation

 

Quality Assurance Representative Skills and Requirements: Two years work experience of any kind is required (Technical or assembly work in the semiconductor industry is a plus) A working knowledge of military semiconductor visual criteria OR the ability to learn this information Experience working in a clean room environment Requires precise eye-hand coordination and dexterity for correct product handling Must be able to read and write English well and have clear legible handwriting Ability to multi-task Familiarity with Microsoft office products and the internet will be helpful Must be comfortable with extended periods of sitting, and working using a microscope.
