Quality Systems Engineer

 Quality Systems Engineer

 

Position Summary: 

· This position is of a leadership role for our Quality program.  Must be a strong project manager and will lead our internal efforts to ISO registration.

 Description of Duties

· Establish and drive Corrective Action process, both internal and external (Supplier)

· Audit internal process/checklists

· Develop and manage Quality System

· Coordinate and chair ECO process

· Chair Continuous Improvement Team

· Conduct management reviews of Quality System

· Drive completion of Quality manual and processes.

· Develop/modify and publish quality reports/metrics on a monthly basis.

· Develop key supplier quality metrics

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

· BS (EE or ME)

· Seven years in Quality with 1 yr. In leadership role

· ISO 9001:2000 experience

· ASQC member

· Strong computer knowledge – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Flow Charts/process mapping
