RF Module Designer / OPS1731

Position Description:Applicant will be engaged in developing Next Generation RF modules (Power amplifier front end modules) used for digital cellular systems based on various air interfaces like GSM/WCDMA/WiMax. Applicant will work with system engineers, PA designers, and packaging technologists to develop high performance modules that combine various PA, Switches and CMOS controllers for best in class module technologies.Qualifications:MSEE with hands on related experience is required. Must possess the ability to apply systems work toward implementation of RF Mimic devices and perform trade-off studies to provide specifications for subsystems. GSM cellular power amplifier design experience is a plus. RF PCB design experience and ability to measure various RF parameters with standard equipment is required. Prefer systems analysis experience, including receivers, transmitters and Rf filters, and synthesizers. Successful candidate will have direct experience with ADS_momemtum and 3D HFSS simulation tools for circuit design and analysis.
