RF Technician

Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced RF Technician. Position is responsible for developing and performing test solution(s) for RF products from concept through manufacturing release. Support product development evaluations and final product characterization testing. Work with the development team and provide testability planning, strategies and methodologies.



Individual will work closely with product engineering, design engineering and operations to support product development and manufacturing. Specify and recommend test resources, processes, capabilities, and technology. Evaluate and validate new test technology – both hardware and software – available in the market.



Skills, Experience and Personal Characteristics



BSEE with minimum of 5 Years RF test experience.

IPC-610 recent experience.

Specific experience in RF circuit design, layout, test, and evaluation in the 150KHz to 3GHz frequency range.

Ability to debug circuits and systems quickly.

Familiarity with RF components, power dividers, couplers, amplifiers, op-amps, and multiplexers.

Hands-on experience with RF equipment including: Spectrum and Network Analyzers, Oscilloscope, Power Meter, Multi-tone Signal Generator, and Power Supply.

Awareness of ISO9001 standards and procedures.



The ideal candidate is one who enjoys responsibility and accountability for product completion. He or she should be comfortable working both independently and in team environments and have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Good computer skills and ability to work in quick-paced environment a must.
