RFIC and A/D Converter IC Design EngineersResponsibilitiesDesign tasks include advanced RFIC and/or A/D converter ICs
Multiple positions for project lead engineers and staff engineers
Develop innovative circuits in a demanding, but highly creative environment
Duties include: circuit design and simulation, layout verification, and prototype test and evaluation
Qualifications Experience developing advanced RFIC and/or mixed signal ICs
Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following areas: low phase noise VCOs, PLLs, high speed serial I/O, ADCs, sampling circuits, phase array antennas, mixers
Hands-on experience in design, layout and test
Circuit modeling and simulation experience
PhD or MSEE with at least 5 years of experience
