Overview

To recruit professional and technical employees under the guidelines of LGAI, Fair Labor Standards Act, and EEOC requirements.

 

ResponsibilitiesDetermine optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate poolWork with search firms or other placement agenciesProcess all immigration paperwork.Aid hiring personnel with selection processInterview and evaluate applicants for employmentSchedule interview meetings among management teamAnswer general questions regarding company practices, position requirements, benefits, and compensationScreen job applicants to determine eligibilityCreate offer and rejection letters Inform / post open positions for internal and external candidates Coordinate travel arrangements with intervieweeCreate offer and rejection lettersCrete postings and advertisementsOther duties/special projects as assigned

 

QualificationsHave the knowledge and experience generally obtained through a bachelor's degree in area of specialty.  Degrees in general business, human resource management preferred.  A combination of education and experience may be substituted when skills are demonstrated.Have 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area. Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications. Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills.Have the ability to coordinates multiple projects and programs.
