At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Regional FAE Manager in our Northern California region and located in Santa Clara, CA.As a Regional FAE Manager, you will drive Demand Creation regionally through management and direct responsibility of the local FAE team. You will manage sales objectives in conjunction with the local suppliers and the local and regional Arrow sales management teams. You will motivate ATM and FAE teams to meet or exceed the design win and gross profit goals as well as supplier and corporate goals; drive programs to reach goals and attend QBRs for major suppliers. Manage Team: Recruit, train, develop and motivate the engineers assigned to the RTM. Develop high potential employees towards management or other senior technical positions. Manage performance of employees towards reaching goals. Also includes coaching, providing feedback, conducting salary and performance reviews, and salary administration. Maintain established supplier relationships in both the local and regional market. Ensure that managers and FAEs have strong relationships with suppliers. RTMs deliver win win situations by negotiating well. Have good relationships at all levels of the supplier throughout the region. Work with the local and regional Arrow sales and marketing teams to develop their technical expertise which will ultimately result in a more professional sales team that is capable of generating more revenue and gross profit dollars. Work closely with Sales GMs and interact with customers. Create, maintain and use tools for measurement of the Demand Creation process. Experience required is 10+ years. Masters degree or bachelor's degree with additional, professional experience and training. Proven ability to provide direction, motivate and develop a team. Ability to drive and deliver results, ability to develop strategic programs. Must have business skills and proven ability to have executive level relationships. Interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication experience preferred. Technical competence as required by position.
