This global presence provides design and engineering solutions that are combined with core electronics manufacturing and logistics services, and vertically integrated with components technologies, to optimize customer operations by lowering costs and reducing time to market.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   We are seeking a Regional Manager to be responsible for the management of cellular/wireless, service operations and to provide leadership and direction to technicians in the Central Southern California Market.  This position is responsible for the recruiting, staffing, training and development, performance management and team communications within the region. There is also extensive client interaction to ensure that the technicians are meeting the needs of the client.  We are looking for someone with management experience, preferably in a customer service/retail operation with multiple locations, excellent communication skills and presentation skills and the ability to use positive interpersonal skills to handle customer issues and motivate teams. High School Diploma/GED required; College degree is preferred Experience in a customer service/retail operations environment with multiple sites Travel inside and outside of the region is required.
