At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Field Sales Manager in our Dallas, TX location.As Regional Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing field sales representatives within the territory including OEM sales strategy development, implementation and management of OEM customer relationships and accounts. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to the following: - Development of sales plans to achieve the objectives of maintaining and growing revenue and account expansion with the field sales team. - Collaboration with the field sales team and management to improve business processes and support recruitment and hiring needs. - Management of field sales representatives in order to maintain maximum sales volume and gross profit. - Manage the attraction, development and retention of field sales personnel. - Develop and build local supplier relationships. - Develop and build "C" level relationships within key accounts. - Regional P & L responsibilities'. - Insure the profitability of the overall region.Basic Qualifications: - 6- 8 years of sales (people) management experience in the electronics distribution industry - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Ability to manage, motivate and develop self and others - Ability to lead and direct remote sales forcePreferred Qualifications: -Knowledge of computer products, operating systems and distribution channels - Technical knowledge including PC software, processors, displays, storage, and networking - A background in manufacturing or materials management - BA/BS in Business or related fieldWe offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
