Phoenix, AZ At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Returns Supervisor in our Phoenix, AZ location. The Returns Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the department; ensuring goals are met or exceeded. The Supervisor is also responsible for management of employees, identifying areas for improvement, and monitoring and reporting on productivity and quality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Supervise day-to-day operation of the department - Participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development - Report and track department metrics - Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - College degree or high school with technical training and equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years combined education/training and experience, including prior experience in supervision - Understanding the operation of the distribution/value add center - Computer skills - MS Office - Ability to provide direction and development to individuals - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - WMS experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Engineering or technical knowledge a plus We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
