Newark is looking for a highly motivated Sales Program Manager that would execute integrated strategic and tactical sales & marketing plans targeting growth in the EDE, MRO and Private Label market segments. Drive cross-functional sales development and marketing programs and communication plans that incorporate solid, customer-driven and well-understood value proposition messages. Provide information, direction and support to the branch, field sales and contact center selling organizations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Marketing
Recommend and execute as appropriate marketing activities: web, print, call campaigns, offers, contests, etc. for MRO, EDE and Private Label Create appropriate sales aids and marketing collateral supporting Newark?s value proposition and product & supplier strategies as they drive the EDE, MRO and Private Label strategies Develop and execute the overall EDE, MRO and Private Label Sales Engagement Program Plan
Reporting
Document progress; issue various performance metrics Recommend enhancements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s Degree (business or engineering preferred) 3-5 years marketing or related experience. Experience in a multi-channel integrated sales & marketing environment Proven leadership skills and experience
