SAP Business Systems Analyst

The SAP Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the areas of MM, PP, CO, and SD modules. Responsibilities include the necessary SAP and process expertise to create, improve and support Evergreen's global multi-company, multi-plant manufacturing process and system design. Specific responsibilities include: This person will develop a detailed understanding of the Company business processes you support, contributing to the development of and execute the work plan for any assigned projects and execute the assigned tasks within the guidelines of the project methodology and project plan. Work with business process owners to develop Business Requirements Definition, Functional and Technical design reviews. Develop, document and support unit testing, maintain SAP test scripts. User Acceptance Testing, process assessments, go-live and cutover activities, and post go live support. Work with key business process owners or external consultants in the development, training and end user business process documentation. Support the directives of the company to maintain proper Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and documentation as they pertain to SAP. Lead users in the development of SAP standard reports, custom reports and assist in the implementation of new SAP modules. Develop and implement controls and procedures for master data management. Work with business owners to use SAP to it's capabilities in the areas of MM, PP, PM, WM, SD, ECM. The successful candidate will need to be an articulate and patient communicator with excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will have the following: Minimum 3-5 years experience in SAP MM, SD and PP module experience in discrete or repetitive manufacturing environments. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Experience with multi-company, multi-plant configuration, including international. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and bar code data collections a plus. Experience with SAP BI/BW and other third reporting systems desirable. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Minimal international travel may be required.
