Experience:
1. Hands on SAP CO configuration/Support experience across all CO modules.
2 SAP implementation experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with full lifecycle CO implementation.
3. Ability to troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and external applications.
4. Strong cross functional integration experience between CO and other SAP modules: SD, MM, FI, PP
5. Knowledge of the ABAP development workbench, including ABAP Data Dictionary, Transaction Programming, function modules, user exits, etc. Knowledge of systems development life cycle and related change control methodologies.
6. Understand and apply global data management concepts
7. Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills.
8. A team player who can work easily with other business analysts and developers. Should be able to communicate with business users understanding their business needs, help them understand SAP capabilities in simple business terminology.
9. Ability to Identify and resolve problems, ability to participate in day to day support functions and new SAP projects under multiple deadlines
Job Description:
1. As a Functional Business Analyst, will be responsible for providing functional/configuration knowledge in designing and implementing SAP solutions in the CO module of SAP to meet business requirements.
2. Will work in partnership with business users across the company to understand new business strategies, perform detail analysis of requirements from technical and functional stand point, Evaluate solution alternatives and make recommendations for the most efficient business solutions.
3. Implement the proposed solutions, with predetermined resources and timelines.
4. Technical expert in identification, design, configuration, customizing, testing and debugging of the CO Module. Analyze business processes, recommend SAP CO best practices, and provide concept/detailed designs. Perform unit and integration testing to insure the quality of new functionality and enhancements. Ensure SAP service levels are met, and project objectives are accomplished with in deadlines
5. Provide support and problem resolution to Global SAP CO users on a daily basis. Help users to determine SAP solutions for problems in their daily work process and provide directions in order to improve business processes and reporting systems.
6. Work closely with developers for the development activities. Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements etc.
7. Prepare documentation for process design, business blue printing, programming specifications, user training, testing or any other documentation required in support of SAP system
