Project Analyst - Tulsa, OK Responsibilities:Work closely with Estimating, Purchasing, Marketing, Information Systems and Production Control departments to ensure consistent and timely communication channels and information flow. Direct interface between Commodity Managers, Plant’s Estimating, Procurement, and Production Teams and supply base. Retrieval of necessary data from user data warehouse tools to analyze supplier selection and maintenance requirements tied to key supply chain management projects. Assist in the maintenance of material and estimating databases, including prompt and courteous customer service support for PolyDyne QuoteWin user base. Solicit pricing from identified suppliers to meet estimating/procurement needs. In collaboration with SCSC staff and key LaBarge Plant personnel, drive and lead major cost reduction and other supply chain management initiatives to scheduled completion dates in full alignment with project goals and objectives. Requirements:High school diploma and associate’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years progressive experience performing supply chain administration duties. Strong computer skills in an ERP/MRP environment. Good knowledge of PC applications including creation of spreadsheets and databases; project maintenance and reporting skills. Advanced programming skills, or ability to quickly gain them. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with ability to quickly gain a thorough understanding of the LaBarge supply chain and systems. Some travel, with occasional overnight stays will be required. Able to work with data with a high level of accuracy. Exceptional organization skills are required with emphasis on attention to details. Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with people at all levels and functions inside and outside LaBarge, Inc. Flexible with high energy, able to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
