SEA_Marketing Manager - DVD

Responsible for the marketing and product planning of Samsung's DVD business. Responsible for DVD profitability and growth across multiple channels. Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range. Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.

Manage DVD Business overall Net profit Amount Manage DVD Business overall Net Sales Amount Market planning and implementation of strategic product positioning and branding Bad Inventory rate Market Sensing Improve API for DVD business Improve M/S for DVD business Industry and pricing trend analysis, competitive marketing and advertising analysis, Sales/marketing promotions, dealer presentations, sales calls, press





REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:



- College Degree – B.A or B.S. or equivalent, M.B.A. preferred

- Knowledge of Consumer Electronics, or adaptability to CE products

- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in consumer products with a strong appreciation of sales and retail environment

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
