Position Summary




The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business with the existing Field Sales accounts within the Eastern US region and developing new strategic customers. The Regional Sales Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the Consumer Electronic division’s strategies, reporting of regional activities to management, implementing sales and marketing programs and attaining sales goals of assigned territory or account base. This position also monitors the business planning and forecasting efforts for assigned customers.

Necessary Skills / Attributes




• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Appliance or Housewares industry
• Minimum of 5 years of direct selling experience to Appliance or Housewares key accounts
• Experience selling to PC Richard and Son and the to Distributor’s servicing the Independent Appliance channel
• Excellent sales skills
• Solid team management/leadership skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
