We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.  The Sales Administrator would be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Sales Manager, National Sales Account Manager and Northeast Region Sales Manager as well as assisting the photo sales force and regional support staff in the day to day operations of the Photo Sales Department.

 

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

§ Assist National Sales Managers, Northeast Region Sales Manager, Government/OEM Product Manager in the day to day operations of the Photo Sales Department.

§ Handle daily mail distribution for National Sales Managers.

§ Screen and document incoming telephone calls for National Sales Manager and/or Photo Sales Department.

§ Handle incoming credits and merchandise transfers for approval by National Sales Manager.

§ Maintain expense reports from Regional Sales Managers.

§ Organize regional sales meetings.

§ Responsible for making travel arrangements for National Sales Managers as well as Regional Sales Managers, if necessary.

§ Prepare consignment memorandums and conduct follow through with return of equipment.

§ Assist Northeast Region Sales Manager with key accounts.

§ Prepare weekly sales reports.

§ Assist Government/OEM Product Manager with Federal Government accounts

§ Provide telephone coverage for Executives, in the absence of the Office Manager.

 

Ideal candidate should possess an Associates Degree and 2 - 4 years experience in a sales department along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with knowledge of SAP a plus.  Excellent communication, organization and time management skills along with handle the ability to answer high volume telephone calls are a must for this position.
